Paramount-era Toho/United Productions tapes

This time I'm going to have to try not to be off-topic.

Regarding the Paramount releases of the Toho/United Productions titles, wouldn't Paramount have to get permission from Disney/Buena Vista Home Video to use the WDHV-era masters? And would these Paramount releases (if they existed) be duplicated at Rank Video Services America, or would they be duplicated at Technicolor Videocassette? 69.85.235.224 12:03, 29 August 2023 (UTC)
