DIC Toon-Time Video was one of the many video labels that DIC owned in the United States. Initially distributed by Bertelsmann Music Group through Rincon Children's Entertainment (a joint venture with BMG Kidz) from Q4 1992 to Q2 1993, the label would eventually switch marketing partners in July 1993, moving to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, which was known at the time as Buena Vista Home Video.
