DIC Toon-Time Video was one of the many video labels that DIC formed for the United States and Canadian markets. Initially marketed by Rincon Children's Entertainment, a member of BMG Kidz, from Q4 1992 to Q2 1993, the label would eventually switch marketers in July 1993, moving to Buena Vista Home Entertainment, known at the time as Buena Vista Home Video. The label became dormant when The Walt Disney Company's sale of DIC back to Andy Heyward was completed in November 2000.
These releases were part of Disney's Bright Beginnings promotion and open with video trailers for "Muppet Classic Theater", the Bright Beginnings promotion, and "Jim Henson's Pre-School Collection".
