On March 2, 2002, it was announced that KSL Television and Video West Productions would merge their operations, resulting in 18 job cuts over the following month.[1] On June 7, 2003, the company was sold to OptiDisc Solutions LLC.[2]

How to Tell
- Some tapes by this company generally had a two digit number stamped in dark ink on the right side of the tape (e.g. 98).
- Others, however, had no printings at all.
