Disney's The Little Mermaid - Ariel's Undersea Adventures: Stormy, the Wild Seahorse

I got this tape on Friday and my copy was pressed on May 30, 1994 at Technicolor Video Services in Camarillo, Calif. (the printing on my copy was done using dot-matrix ink and there is a barcode next to the printing, also printed in dot-matrix ink).

One thing I noticed at the end of my copy was that beginning from the closing credits to each episode, followed by the late 1980s Walt Disney Television "Rainbow Sleeping Beauty Castle" logo and the Ariel's Undersea Adventures video promo, both the audio and video elements were out of sync. It wasn't like this throughout the entire tape. I guess it was an error when the master tape was prepared for Technicolor's Newbury Park, Calif. plant (before they moved to, and transferred all of their stuff to, Camarillo, Calif.), I don't think that copies printed in Livonia, Mich. had this error.

Is it possible that the copies printed in Livonia, Mich. were version #2, whereas the copies printed in Calif., including the copy I own, are version #1?
