Line 1:
'''Goldstar Video Corp.''' was an American video distributor located in Freehold, New Jersey. The company was formed in 1991 and had deals with some home video labels including Random House Home Video, and duplication contracts with [[Cassette Productions]], [[Matrix Video Duplication Corporation]], and [[Hauppauge Video Manufacturing]]. Sometime in 1992, Goldstar formed a children’s video division called The Little Red Schoolhouse Learning Center.

The company's video releases were always duplicated in EP/SLP mode, sometimes with only a linear audio track. As always, the regular video label's UPC is replaced with Goldstar’s own UPC, beginning with the prefix "54342054342," and the regular video label's stock number is left intact,. The releases also withhad one barcode.

Around 1991 and 1992, some of the company's tapes were duplicated at [[Alpha Video Distributors, Inc.]]
