International releases on Vestron featured the catalog number preceded by at least one number, which indicated the country the video was released in (including "1" for the U.K., "2" for Australia", "7" for Germany, "6" for France, and "5" for the Netherlands, where Vestron's international division was headquartered). The "1" prefix was also used in the United States by Live Entertainment following its acquisition of Vestron.
