How to Tell

  • Some tapes from the early 90's had a set of seven numbers printed in white on the side of the tape (e.g. 3196053).
  • A few Feature Films for Families tapes from this duplicator instead had a set of six numbers in dark red ink (e.g. 109197).
  • Some copies of In Your Wildest Dreams say "OVP" in the bottom right corner of the label.
  • Tapes with a printing (similar to that used by RVSA's Mexicali facility) on the tape spine, in visible ink, would have the white screen test pattern with the 1000 hz tone at the end.
