One known copy of To Kill a Mockingbird had the printings etched into the tape, like this:

As demonstrated with the above examples, MagneTech-era tapes used MAGHSD (for MagneTech High Speed Duplication) to indicate the duplicator, while tapes duplicated after the name change used DCT instead.
Tapes from this duplicator's Miami-Fort Lauderdale plant are not known to have had any printings.
Some tapes may have the record tab intact.
Tapes by this duplicator do not have anything in the vertical blanking interval.
Some EP/SLP mode tapes duplicated here had the static roll of death at the end.
