How to Tell

• Tapes from this duplicator had a print date (usually in dark red ink), with the printings being formatted like these examples:

Example 1:

79500 BENSUSSEN EP 13 MIN. MAGHSD 14:19

Example 2:

• One known copy of To Kill a Mockingbird had the printings etched into the tape, like this:

• As demonstrated with the above examples, MagneTech-era tapes used MAGHSD to indicate the duplicator, while tapes duplicated after the name change used DCT instead.
• Some tapes may have the record tab intact.
• Tapes by this duplicator do not have anything in the vertical blanking interval.
• Some Madacy Music Group tapes duplicated here had the static roll of death at the end.
