How to Tell

  • 1981-1986 tapes, duplicated at Creative Video Services, would have an orange sticker with a print date on the bottom side.
    • Tapes duplicated prior to 1983 may have a day/month code on the orange sticker.
  • Tapes duplicated at Video Technology Services between 1986-1988 may use an ink print date. Rank Video Services America continued this method for the rest of 1988 and for early 1989 following its acquisition of this arm from International Video Entertainment the former year.
    • However, tapes released by GoodTimes Home Video that were duplicated at this arm may use a blue sticker.
