The reason for this, I don’t know. My only theory would be that Disney is too cheap to update the booklet when releasing later pressings of older releases, and decides to reprint the older variation. Have you seen any copies with the booklet that’s on "Beauty and the Beast"? “BATB” was released on video on 10-30-1992, and "So Dear to My Heart" was released in the permanent availability wave on 09-18-1992, which was also when "The Rescuers" was originally released on video.
