** The 1991 re-issue of this bracket number has the 1989 BDC logo variation on-screen and was probably released 05-03-1991, because it turns out that date was when "Pete's Dragon" returned to video for permanent availability. I have the red-background booklet from my 1991 copy of "The Jungle Book" that advertises "Pete's Dragon" as a new release, so it's the best deduction I could make.
* 036-6 has a regular "Proof of Purchase" tab label. This bracket number was probably released 10-30-1992.
