On eBay I've seen a copy of the 1991 release of The Jungle Book that's printed at B&H's successor Rank Video Services America with the year-week code. That part's a fact, but that could have been Rank only printing out the tape, and Technicolor still mastering it. Or maybe the tape was a recycled pressing, considering I've heard of some Technicolor duplicated tapes recycled from unsold Rank duplicated titles.
