* 036-6 has a regular "Proof of Purchase" tab label, in addition (pre-late 1993 copies), or as opposed (post-late 1993 copies), to a separate insert-card label. This bracket number was probably released 11-04-1992.
And as far as I know, only certain copies of the 07-12-1991 re-issue of 036-5 use the newer 1989 Classics logo variation on-screen.
