I would deduce that the 36-5 issue was released on 04-18-1989, because they were still using the program copyright year on the cover and tape labels back then, and the clamshell cover on that one is still in the flat shape design. The 07-12-1991 issue is the same cover, but has the 1989 BDC logo on-screen. As for the 36-6 issue, I'm would deducededucing that one was released on 09-18-1992 with the 1989 BDC logo and green FBI screens. I think there also exists a 11-10-1992 issue with a regular Proof of Purchase tab label and the prototype logo on-screen, because I saw a factory sealed 1992 copy of "Dumbo" with a regular Proof of Purchase tab label, on eBay.
