The 07-12-1991 issue is the same cover, but has the 1989 BDC logo on-screen. As for the 36-6 issue, I'm deducing that one was released 11-10-1992 with a regular Proof of Purchase tab label, because I saw a factory sealed 1992 copy of "Dumbo" that has a regular Proof of Purchase tab label, on eBay.
