Some Sources Said that S/T Videocassette was a Division of VCA Teletronics

Does anyone know when S/T Videocassette became a division of VCA Teletronics? From my knowledge, VCA started printing out print dates on their videotapes around 1982, but did they acquire S/T in 1982 or 1985? 69.85.235.231 14:04, 23 March 2022 (UTC)
