Special Editions and 1991 Reissues

OK, so I know that in early 1991, Disney made modified versions of the covers for their late 1980s Cartoon Classics tapes, with proof of purchase tabs written in a Helvetica-esque font and printed directly below the back of the cover (like they did on the Winnie the Pooh Mini-Classics releases), but did they ever make new tape masters for the late 1980s Cartoon Classics videos, between June and November 1991? And if so, were the new tape masters duplicated exclusively at Technicolor Videocassette's West Coast plants (particularly California), leaving their Livonia, Michigan and New York City counterparts stuck with the late 1980s masters?

Also, did the 1988 Special Edition video go into moratorium around 1989, like the Black Diamond Classics release of Cinderella did? 69.85.235.224 16:51, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
