Nickelodeon Video/Paramount Home Video

I heard from YouTube VHS collector ScarvanessHunter that early pressings of the 1996 Paramount Home Video reprint "Rugrats" VHS tapes (from "Tales from the Crib" to "A Rugrats Passover") have the Coming Attractions bumper but are hard to find. Is there official evidence to this claim?

All we know is that the original 1996 Rugrats "Tommy Troubles" and "Phil and Lil: Double Trouble" tapes (the first new "Rugrats" tapes to be released under Paramount Home Video's distribution of the Nickelodeon Video label) have that Coming Attractions bumper (the more common Q1 1997 reprint releases of both tapes deleted that bumper).
