Disney Halloween tapes

LIVE Distributing Inc.

I’ve noticed that many of the Q3 1991—1992 Vestron Video reprint covers for pre-Q3 1991 releases have either a logo for LIVE Distributing Inc. printed directly on the actual cover or a sticker with the word mark for LIVE Distributing Inc. (with the words "Exclusively Distributed by" above). LIVE Entertainment's Home Video division (formerly International Video Entertainment) was still being distributed by MCA's Uni Distribution (formerly MCA Distributing) at the time. This leads me to wonder if LIVE Distributing Inc. was a distribution joint venture between LIVE Entertainment and Uni Distribution.
