As far as I know, there aren’t any prints of the 1991 "The Jungle Book" VHS with the 1992 Proof of Purchase tab label, not a regular label, not a prototype either, above the back cover. Also, it’s strange that the article mentioned that Fantasia was only offered for 50 days, because I have two copies of the September 1992 Disney video guide booklet, taken from my copies of "The Rescuers" and "So Dear to My Heart" (though the latter tape is an oddball later pressing, as my copy of that was printed November 23, 1992), and for whatever reason, the "Fantasia" VHS cover was shown there.
