Rewinding during recording
Appearance
Sometimes, when a videotape ends, a rewind of the master tape gets caught in the recording. This is likely due to an error where the employee(s) at the duplication facility accidentally press the rewind button on the master tape machine, before pressing the stop button on the videotape duplication machine to stop recording the videotape.
