History[edit]
Niles Entertainment was a short-lived home video distributor that only existed in the late 1970s. The company was the first to release videocassettes of classic public domain films, competing against the likes of Magnetic Video Corporation and other upstart home video distributors in the niche videocassette market. The company went defunct in the early 1980s.
