This issue was duplicated at Technicolor Video Services in Livonia and uses a silkscreen-inked label, a rarity for label Nickelodeon Video and marketer Sony Music Entertainment.
The first six Rugrats videos were re-released with a bonus episode included, to coincide with the release of two new Rugrats videos. The earliest copies of these releases were likely printed in July 1996, a month after Sony Music Entertainment's Sony Wonder division lost the video and music rights to Nickelodeon titles, with Paramount Home Video taking over the video rights.
Re-issues of the first six videos open with promos for The Rugrats Video Collection and the Paramount Family Favorites line, followed by a promo for Charlotte's Web and Race for Your Life, Charlie Brown from Paramount Home Video and The Secret Garden from ABC Video.

These re-issues were exclusively duplicated and distributed in the U.S. Beginning in the end of this month, duplicator Rank Video Services America phased out the 18-digit barcode stickers in favor of the then-standard ones with four sets each of 6-digit codes and began using codes on the left-hand corner of the vertical blanking intervals consisting of the first three, four, five or six digits from the barcode stickers on the tapes (without the extra zeros in front of them) and five other digits.
Includes the episodes Vacation, Ice Cream Mountain and Graham Canyon.
On some early pressings, the cover and face label said 45 minutes.
Tapes printed before late June 1997 had a spine label; this was no longer the case with tapes printed after late June 1997.

Duplicated at Technicolor Home Entertainment Services, which distributor Paramount Home Entertainment officially started duplicating its product in the US at at the time.
The only Nick Jr. compilation video released on VHS.
Sampler tape.
Contains the episodes:
Dora the Explorer: "Sticky Tape"
Blue's Clues: "Blue's Big Treasure Hunt"
Little Bill: "Super Family Fun Land"
Also contains the episode Rugrats: "The Jungle" as a bonus feature.
For some reason, Canadian pressings of this video contained the US versions of the Nick Jr. "Just for Me" opening and closing bumpers, which advertise Little Bear.
The Nick Jr. "Just for Me" closing bumper followed the 1992 revised version of the 1991 Klasky-Csupo logo, which was at the end of the bonus Rugrats episode, and preceded the Nick Jr. "Monkeys" and Nickelodeon "Haypile" logos.
On the Nick Jr. "Monkeys" logo, there were three separate copyright/trademark notices, with each one referring to a show.
The first notice referred to Dora the Explorer. The trademark portion said "Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Dora the Explorer and all related titles, characters and logos are trademarks of Viacom International Inc.".
The second notice referred to Blue's Clues. The trademark portion said "Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Blue's Clues and all related titles, logos and characters are trademarks of Viacom International Inc.".
On the Nickelodeon "Haypile" logo, which followed the Nick Jr. "Monkeys" logo, the copyright/trademark notice referred to Rugrats.
The trademark portion said "Nickelodeon, Rugrats and all related titles, logos and characters are trademarks of Viacom International Inc.". There is also an additional notice saying "Created by: Arlene Klasky, Gabor Csupo, Paul Germain".

Trivia for Sony Music Entertainment Releases[edit]
Numerous video promos for the series were made.
The first two video promos each advertised A Baby's Gotta Do What a Baby's Gotta Do and Tales from the Crib.
The second three video promos each advertised Angelica the Divine, Chuckie the Brave and The Santa Experience.
The former two promos later appeared on A Rugrats Passover.
All of the aforementioned video promos were narrated by Bill St. James.
Trivia for Paramount Home Entertainment Releases[edit]
Compared to the amount of video promos for the series that appeared on many pre-Q2 1996 releases from Sony Music Entertainment, a lot of video promos for the series were made and appeared on a lot of post-Q2 1996 releases from Paramount Home Entertainment.
The first promo introduced two then-new videos, Tommy Troubles and Phil and Lil: Double Trouble and dubbed the videos as the Rugrats Video Collection. This promo was narrated by Bill St. James, and at the end of the promo, he says "Only from Nickelodeon". At the middle and end of the promo, the animated "Slime" logo is used for Nickelodeon.
On 1996 releases, this promo was preceded by the opening Paramount logo. On the Harriet the Spy VHS release, the promo was not preceded by any logo or bumper whatsoever. However, on Grandpa's Favorite Stories, Return of Reptar and the remastered video releases of Tommy Troubles and Phil and Lil: Double Trouble, the promo was preceded by the cut-short closing version of the opening Paramount logo.
The second two promos introduced A Rugrats Vacation.
One of the promos was for Nicktoons on Videocassette. This promo featured the jingle for the Nicktoons television promo from 1996. The lyrics were not altered for this particular promo. The Rugrats videos that included this promo were A Rugrats Chanukah, Bedtime Bash, Dr. Tommy Pickles and Diapered Duo. For some reason, A Rugrats Thanksgiving does not include this promo.
The other promo was for the video itself. This promo was narrated by legendary promo/advertisement narrator Brian Cummings, and at the end, he says "Brought to you by Nickelodeon and Paramount Home Video". At the beginning and end of the promo, the animated "Balloon" logo is used for Nickelodeon. The Rugrats videos that included this promo were A Rugrats Chanukah, Bedtime Bash, A Rugrats Thanksgiving, Dr. Tommy Pickles and Diapered Duo.
The last overall video release from Paramount Home Video to include both promos was the original VHS release of Good Burger (only on later copies printed after early February 1998; earlier pre-early February 1998 pressings do not include either promo).
One of the third promos was the second time that A Rugrats Vacation was advertised in a Rugrats video promo. Additionally, this promo introduced Dr. Tommy Pickles and Diapered Duo. The promo was also narrated by Brian Cummings, and at the end, he says "Available from Paramount Home Video and Nickelodeon!". Mommy Mania was presumably the first overall video release from Paramount Home Video, let alone the first Rugrats video, to include this promo. Angelica Knows Best, the Blockbuster-exclusive "Kidmongous" rental video Blue's Clues: Big, Blue And Just For You and the remastered VHS release of Good Burger also include this promo.
The other third promo introduced Mommy Mania; this promo was narrated by Bill St. James. Angelica Knows Best was the only Rugrats video to include this promo.
The fourth promo dubbed the videos as Rugrats Videos. The promo was narrated by Bill St. James and introduced Runaway Reptar. The jingle for this promo was written and performed by the series' music composer Mark Mothersbaugh and is based on the song Whip It by the new wave band Devo, of which Mark Mothersbaugh was a member. The promo was preceded by the Nickelodeon "Slime" logo. Two versions of this promo were made.
The early version of this promo advertised that Runaway Reptar was coming soon. This version first appeared on the VHS release of The Rugrats Movie. The early version's last appearance was supposed to be on the VHS release of Blue's Clues: Blue's Big Treasure Hunt, alongside its Blockbuster-exclusive "Kidmongous" rental counterpart, Big, Blue And Just For You Volume 2; however, this was not the case; for some reason, the early version was also on Runaway Reptar, along with Make Room for Dil, even though the latter was not released until after the former was. On this version, the Nickelodeon "Slime" logo appears again at the end.
The later version of this promo advertised that Runaway Reptar was now available; for some reason, Make Room for Dil was not introduced in this version whatsoever. This version's first appearance was supposed to be on both videos; however, this was not the case; the early version was on both videos instead, and Rugrats: I Think I Like You, Little Bear: A Kiss for Little Bear and Blue's Clues: Blue's Safari ended up being the first video releases from Paramount Home Entertainment to include this version of the promo. The last video releases from Paramount Home Entertainment to include the later version of the promo were Blue's Clues: Stop, Look and Listen! and Little Bear: Rainy Day Tales. On this version, the Viacom International and Paramount Pictures copyright notices appear at the end.
The later version of the promo appears on Babies on Board, but not on its US counterpart, Discover America.
The fifth promo introduced I Think I Like You and Babies on Board in addition to Make Room for Dil and dubbed all three aforementioned videos as New Rugrats Videos. The promo is a lot shorter than the previous promo and therefore, the jingle has been revised for this promo, and the promo itself was narrated by Brian Cummings. The only appearances of this promo were on the VHS release of It's the Pied Piper, Charlie Brown (only on copies distributed in Canada; copies distributed in the US do not include this) and Snow Day and the Toys 'R' Us-exclusive video The Wild Thornberrys: A Thornberry Christmas. On this promo, the Nickelodeon "Slime" logo appears at the end.
The sixth promo was in honor of the series' 10th anniversary and introduced the two-volume Decade in Diapers collection, as well as the VHS release of All Growed Up. Two versions of the promo were made.
The early version advertised that all three videos were coming soon. This version appeared on the VHS release of Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, as well as the videos Blue's Clues: Playtime with Periwinkle, Little Bill: Me and My Family, Little Bill: Big Little Bill, Dora the Explorer: Swing Into Action! and Dora the Explorer: Wish on a Star, as well as their Blockbuster-exclusive "Kidmongous" rental counterparts, Blue's Clues: Big, Blue And Just For You Volume 5, Little Bill: All About Little Bill Volume 1 and Dora the Explorer: Adventures with Dora Volume 1.
The later version advertised that all three videos were now available. This version's first appearance was on all three advertised videos, as well as the videos Rocket Power: Maxing Out, Dora the Explorer: To the Rescue and Little Bill: What I Did At School. Its last appearance was on the video Rugrats: Christmas.
