As confirmed by my copies of A Rugrats Vacation and Tommy Troubles which were pressed in the same week of 1997 (PAR 726). My copy of the former had a spine labels when I got it, but I peeled it off to get to the dark transparent ink number. On the other hand, my copy of the latter did not come with a spine label. |

These re-issues were exclusively duplicated and distributed in the U.S. Beginning in the beginning of this month, duplicator Rank Video Services America phased out the 18-digit barcode stickers in favor of the then-standard ones with four sets each of 6-digit codes and began using codes on the left-hand of the vertical blanking intervals consisting of the first three, four, five or six digits from the barcode stickers on the tapes (without the extra zeros in front of them) and five other digits. |
