WhenAt the time when GoodTimes Entertainment was formed in 1993 as thea holding organization of the company, its video game division, GT Interactive Software, was also formed. Its video game division was later sold to InfogramesSouth EntertainmentAmerica-based ofInfogrames South AmericaEntertainment in 1999.
