History

FPVS started out as a subsidiary of Fleming-Potter. In 1991, it was bought out by Steven L. Whetzel and Charles J. Selden with backing from the Indiana National Bank. Since then, it's provided duplication and other video services for the Public Broadcasting Service and associated institutions, among other organizations.

How to Tell

  • Tapes will have in dark red printing a four-digit number followed by a six-digit date code. FPVS is printed below.
