Is there a print date anywhere on the tape? And what does the printing itself look like?

I find it funny how some tapes would have a print date on the vertical-blanking interval (if that's really what that was in the picture - 09-18-95?).

Also, what does the copyright date on the packaging and/or tape label say and what company distributed this tape?
