I have seen Avon-issued copies of two Burbank Video releases - Abbott & Costello Vol. 1 and Road to Bali. However, as of right now, I only own the former title from that distributor and my copy of that is the regular copy and in EP/SLP mode (Video Treasures logo on the 1992/1993 sticker label).
