No problem. Anyway, I noticed some residue, was there a rental sticker or spine/end label on this tape at one point? 69.85.235.224 12:13, 26 September 2023 (UTC)

It did have a Blockbuster label on it, but I peeled it off to get to the print date. --Videolover1999 (talk) 22:05, 26 September 2023 (UTC)

I own a copy of the 1996 VHS release of "Top Gun". It was factory-sealed when I got it, and the tape itself had the spine/end label on it when I got it, but I peeled it off to get to the small dark engraved number, and the aforementioned number said 59. There are no inked printings besides that number. There isn't even a convex sticker underneath the sticker label on the front. And before you ask, my copy was printed/pressed on the 36th week of 1996 (between September 2, 1996 and September 8, 1996) (the code was PAR 636), and it had a barcode sticker on the tape guard. Since there's no printings other than the number 59, my copy has absolutely nothing at the end of the tape. No white screen with the 1000 hz sine wave tone, no "pull my finger" garbling/moaning sound effect, just straight to static before the tape reaches the very end.
