WEA Manufacturing Inc.

History Edit

WEA Manufacturing Inc. was the record, cassette and CD manufacturing arm of Warner Music Group. The arm was formed sometime in 1978 and exclusively provided audio duplication initially, but over a decade later, the arm began providing videocassette duplication in addition to audio duplication. The arm also duplicated a few LaserDiscs in the 1990s. In October 2003, the arm was sold to Cinram.
