I only own one VHS release of "The Great Mouse Detective", and that is the 1992 VHS release, just like you have. However, my copy is the 10-30-19921993 reissuerepackaging (although it still uses the original 07-17-1992 print master). It had the regular Proof of Purchase tab label above the back cover on the clamshell when I got it, but I peeled it off, and my copy was printed on January 23, 1994 (012394-E).
 
I’ve heard of the 1999 and 2002 VHS releases of this film. Do you have those releases as well? If so, what dates were your copies of those releases printed? Does your copy, by any chance, have any Proof of Purchase tab label on it? It needs to be above the back cover of the clamshell case. I’m also assuming your copy is the one with the WDHV logo on the tape label, because as far as I know, US copies completely deleted the WDHV logo from the label.
On your 1992 Canadian copy of “The Rescuers Down Under,” what are the opening contents? It has the green warning screens, and then which Walt Disney Classics logo does it have?
