So it seems that 1981 and 1982/1983 are 36-1, and two 1986 releases are 36-2. 36-3 is 10-06-1987, because this issue does not have a V or a B anywhere on the case cover. But about the later variations, I deduce:
* 036-4 is extremely hard to find. This bracket number was probably released 02-02-1988.
* 036-5 was probably released 03-31-1988.
** The 07-12-1991 re-issue of this bracket number has the 1989 BDC logo variation on-screen.
* 036-6 has a regular "Proof of Purchase" tab label. This bracket number was probably released 10-30-1992.
