The latest VHS tape I have with the DTMF phone dial-tones appears to be a recycled pressing of the 1996 VHS release of the Disney animated film, "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" (1977). It was printed on 02/10/96 (February 10, 1996), which was 4 days before Valentine's Day of that year, and uses the vertical white sticker-label, placed on the left of the tape, and underneath the label appears to be the horizontal ink-label for the 1993 VHS release of "Aladdin" (1992), which is partially blacked out.
