:Okay, so we all know "Alice in Wonderland" was first released on video in 1981. And then it was re-issued in May 1986 as part of Disney's Wonderland Sale; all titles in that promotion were packaged in cardboard slipcovers. So...
:* The first BDC clamshell issue (06/14/1986) simply re-used the artwork from the slipcover release, including the bracket number (036-2).
:* The second clamshell issue (10/06/87) is bracket no. "036-3."
:* The third clamshell issue (10/04/88) is bracket no. "036-4."
:* The fourth clamshell issue (07/12/91) is bracket no. "036-5."
:* There's also the 1992 re-issue with bracket no. "036-6."
