So I'm deducing your copy of the 1999 has something like this: an oversized digit on the left, and this sort of code variation "112098121098-XXXX". The oversized digit on the left, I'm guessing is the digit of the side that is labeled, and the four digits printed next to the print date indicate the time your copy was printed at. Does your copy happen to have this sort of code?

My copy has two print dates: December 9th and December 10th, 1998. Only the latter print date has the four-digit code, which reads 2029.

Also, I have version 1 of the 1996 VHS release of "Mickey Loves Minnie" (this version lacks the Feature Program bumper) with this sort of code; the oversized digit on mine reads 66, and the date reads "121095-1010", that means mine was printed December 10, 1995 at 10:10 AM. Since your copy’s four-digit code is 2029, that likely means your copy was printed at 08:29 PM.
