"531-2" and the distributor information referring to Buena Vista Home Video in place of WDTNT Co. (because WDTNT did not become BVHV until late 1987-early 1988), on the back of the cover, and the 1992/1993 Proof of Purchase tab label printed below it. Does your copy happen to come in this sort of packaging.

I’m also guessing your copy has the vertical ink-label, replacing the oversized Beta-style horizontal sticker-label. By the way, what date in 1995 was your copy printed on?
