From what I have seen, there are three different versions of the 1991 VHS release of "The Rescuers Down Under".

Version 1 - Copies prior to early June 1991. US copies of this version have the "Licensed for Private Home Exhibition Only" disclaimer portion of the red-orange warning screens in a shadow outline variation, though the FBI portion is still a regular variant. Canadian copies of this version have both the license disclaimer and duplication disclaimer portions of the red-orange warnings in a shadowed outline variation.

Version 2 - Copies printed between early June-late July 1991. Basically the same as ver. 1, but has the regular variation of the red-orange warning screens.
Version 2 - Copies printed after late May 1991. Basically the same as ver. 1, but has the regular variation of the red-orange warning screens.

Version 3 - Copies printed after late July 1991. Basically the same as versions 1 and 2, but has the cut-in variation of the red-orange warning screens.
Version 3 - Select copies printed between mid June-early August 1991. Basically the same as versions 1 and 2, but has the 10-second cut-in variation of the red-orange warning screens.

There's also the 1992 release of this film, with the Proof of Purchase tab label. That one has the green warning screens, and lacks previews (they could've added at least previews for the original "The Rescuers" and "Beauty and the Beast", but didn't bother doing so, which is a shame!), and it still retains the 1989 BDC logo. (Proof [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYAQcIdb3lM here]) In fact, the tape label on that one is still the original 1991 label with the "THE CLASSICS - Walt Disney Home Video" diamond, rather than the standard WDHV logo.
