I don’t think the "I Want to Go Home" tape was actually duplicated by Central de Video, since there might not have been any form of printing. However according to a YouTube upload by YouTuber Devan Wolf, it had the white screen test pattern with 1000 hz tone at the end, followed by the static roll of death, accompanied by a BHCP code on the vertical interval.
