And there would probably be three different versions of the tape.  Version A would probably be copies printed before June 1991 with the second warning screen (the Licensed for Private Home Exhibition Only screen) being an outlined text variant. Version B would probably be copies printed between June-August 1991 with the regular variant of the red-orange warning screens. And version C would probably be copies printed after August 1991 with the Goudy Old Style font variant of the red-orange warning screens.
 Why this never happened at all, I have absolutely no idea.
