Blue's Clues: Arts & Crafts[edit]

A YouTube user by the name of Cody Tyler Hays had a copy of this tape that appeared to have a blue tape guard and a silkscreen-inked label, with Technicolor Home Entertainment Services style printings including a print date of March 13, 2006. The tape looked like it was duplicated in EP/SLP mode.

This is one of the two videos he made regarding that copy (Skip to the 3:00 mark)

Unless that user, or anyone else, can confirm for sure, I suspect that copy was made up by him, because:

  1. If I’m not mistaken, Paramount Home Entertainment did away completely with EP/SLP mode on their USA/Canada VHS releases around 2002.
  2. I don't think Paramount Home Entertainment ever opted for a blue tape guard on any of their tapes, unless someone can confirm otherwise.
  3. Are we even sure that this tape remained in print as late as 2006? The latest real copy I’ve detected of this tape was printed during the 42nd week of 2004 by Deluxe Media Services (DLX 442), and YouTube user Dan Finnegan is the one who has that copy.
