Disc Plaza Entertainment’s Replicator

Does anyone know which company replicated DVDs distributed by Disc Plaza Entertainment? I only have one DVD release from the company and that is the 2004 DVD of Cartoons R Fun - 30 Classic Cartoons Vol. 2.

As far as I know, Disc Plaza Entertainment was actually a US branch of the Canadian public domain home video distributor Cascadia Entertainment, during the 2000s decade. Both companies outsourced their on-screen FBI warning screen from Disney’s Buena Vista Home Entertainment. Disney’s BVHE subsidiary pressed their home video releases at Technicolor Video Services at the time, which makes me wonder if Technicolor also pressed releases by Disc Plaza.
