My copy of Pete's Dragon (1991 VHS release) uses the same printing style, and it was printed on November 21, 1991 -- just a day before Sebastian's Caribbean Jamboree was released on home media (alongside re-releases of Bongo, Ben and Me, The Reluctant Dragon, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers: Double Trouble, Disney's Sing-Along Songs: You Can Fly, Donald in Mathmagic Land, Mickey's Magical World and Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day) and Beauty and the Beast was released theatrically worldwide. 69.85.235.49 16:22, 10 May 2023 (UTC)
