If I remember correctly, Walt Disney Records was distributed in the U.S. by Universal Music Group's UMVD (formerly Uni Distribution) division beginning in the late '90s.)

I believe this was from WEA Manufacturing Inc.

WEA Manufacturing Inc. was the manufacturing and duplication division of Warner Music Group (WMG), itself known overseas as Warner-Elektra-Atlantic (WEA). This was back when WMG was owned by Warner Bros. Entertainment. Eventually, in 2003, WEA Manufacturing Inc. was sold to Cinram, and the following year, WMG itself was sold to a group of investors led by Edgar Bronfman Jr.
