[edit]- Following the acquisition of a 30% stake in Bell & Howell/Paramount Pictures Video Services by Columbia Pictures, this company, owned by the latter, merged with it, to become Bell & Howell/Columbia Pictures/Paramount Video Services (also known as BHCP Video) in 1982.
