If you saw this upload: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0zvAslZfx8, you'll see a copy of the Feature Films for Families print of "The Berenstain Bears and The Messy Room" that was duplicated by CENTRAL VIDEO according to its' label, and it has the printings like the ones on some copies of City of Angels, Wrongfully Accused and The Avengers for example, which leads me to think these printings were used by Central Video (or, at least I assume so).
