Platinum Productions

History

This was an obscure independent home video label founded in March 1988 by Michael Esposito. Some of the titles it released were direct-to-video, while others were obscure films.

The company also had a subsidiary called Jenal Entertainment. Until 1989, that subsidiary was known as Ground Entertainment.

By the very beginning of 1991, Bingo Video became another subsidiary of the company and sometime by the middle of the year, the entire company supposedly shut down.
